His expertise spans executive management, corporate governance, financial oversight, business development, and organizational leadership, making him exceptionally qualified to support the operational and strategic objectives of EB-5 Regional Holdings. His leadership philosophy combines disciplined execution, innovation, and stakeholder engagement to drive sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

Mr. Young’s extensive technology project leadership experience has positioned him as a recognized authority in the planning, deployment, and management of critical infrastructure projects.
